Hypno-Training is a radical new approach to developing business leaders. It starts where conventional courses leave off. It taps into the limitless well-spring of each executive's creativity and potential.
Why Hypno-Training ?
I believe that each of us has even more potential for achievement and success than we realise. We also feel more fulfilled when we are using all our latent talents to the full. That's why I developed Hypno-Training in the first place.
So what is it exactly ?
It is quite simply an enjoyable and relaxing method which enables managers to tap into this subconscious reservoir of talent. Each manager can then literally "programme"him/herself for peak performance!
Each of my courses features Hypno-Training . What I have done is to blend in the principles of hypnosis with my 30 years' experience as a management trainer...to produce a highly practical (yet enjoyable) results-driven form of training.
...and the Benefits ?
You could say that Hypno-Training reaches the bits that the management textbooks (and conventional training) cannot reach! I'm talking here about the deeper areas like Creativity, Leadership, Personal Energy, Peak Performance, Charisma and Drive. All of these areas are activated by the Subconscious mind. Hypno-Training is a "technology" which enables each course participant to get in touch with the vast resources of the subconscious - and then - literally ask the subconscious to make the necessary changes ! The great thing about the process, is that each executive can fine-tune these changes to meet his/her own unique needs. In essence, that is why Hypno-Training works so easily and so well.
The process also respects the privacy and integrity of each individual. So there are no "revelations" !
Most training courses try to pack in new knowledge, skills & attitudes into your brain.
