| Stage 1 - the Video Consultation |
All you need for this, is a comfortable place to sit, in your own home + your laptop or tablet or smartphone. This stage can take 2 to 4 hours. So make sure you're by yourself and not disturbed. You'll also need to sign up to Zoom. It's a free service.
On the day you select, I will call you on Zoom at an agreed time. So whether you live in Europe, North America or the Middle East, we can agree a mutually covenient time slot.
For the first few hours, we have a chat. You fill me in on the issues that concern you. I do my best to explain the hypnotic process. And of course, you should feel free to ask me any questions you like. It is important that you be reasonably comfortable about the process beforehand. At the same time I'll be asking you all sorts of questions...trying to get a fix on your problems or challenges, as you see them. My purpose ultimately, is to put together a tailor-made hypnotic trance session, geared precisely to your needs.
Arising out of our discussion then, I put together the strategy I would propose to use during the actual trance session. I tell you all about this strategy beforehand. Then, if you're happy with it, we go ahead with the trance session itself. And of course if you're not happy with it at that stage, we can just stop. You are after all the client. And as such, you are totally in charge.

| Stage 2 - the actual Trance Recording |
Once we have finished Stage 1, you can get back to your daily routines at home. In the meantime, I will start working on the design, production and editing of your tailor-made Trance script. I will then record it for you, in MP3 format. Your trance script would normally take about 2 hours.
At this stage, you also need to pay me. My fees are charged at an hourly rate. The video-call + trance can take anything from 3 to 6 hours altogether.
The easiest way to pay me, is via PayPal. It's easy to join - and it's free. It enables you to pay from either your bank account or your credit card. So I simply send you a PayPal payment request, that evening - and you respond.
And of course I send you your MP3 recording via email. It will be with you by the following day. You simply download it then, on your laptop, tablet or smartphone.

| How much does it all cost? |
I will tell you when you contact me. But don't worry...the charges are reasonable! My hourly rates are considerably less than those charged by conventional doctors, and lawyers.

Find a comfortable place to lie down. Your own bed is probably best! Make sure you're not disturbed for the next 2 hours - phone on silent etc. With or without earphones - whichever suits you best. And remember, as you lie there, all effort on your part, is a waste of time. Your own Unconscious Mind takes care of everything.
And it doesn't matter whether you drift off into a deep trance or a light trance. Your Unconscious Mind is in charge of the process. It takes you to whichever level is appropriate for you!
The trance experience is different for everyone. But for most people, it's a very relaxing and pleasant experience. So whether you come to me for Self-Improvement or Healing, you should at least enjoy the session!
At a deeper level, it's a bit like re-programming your own internal computer - to trigger the healing changes you want in your life. So enjoy!
